Back at it!

After a week of work, it was time to go back to our ship. She was on her own for long and we wanted her back home again. After our workday was done, we got in the car and drove one hour towards her. Within fifteen minutes of arriving, we left the harbor.

With the sun high in the sky and no clouds at all, it was pretty hot. With our feet in the water, we sailed towards the lock. We arrived at a great time at the lock and in 10 minutes we went through.

One other bridge later we found a nice place to stay. We were welcomed by some cows that walked along with us to the end of the pier. With only two other boats it’s the perfect place to wind down for the night.
