Getting charged!

We had a few reall autumn mornings here in the Netherlands. The weather was perfect to go for a walk through the park. With the fog and the red and orange leafes it looks like autumn and with the damp feeling of the fog it feels like autumn to.

At the weekend, we went to an outdoor museum for my boyfriend's dad's birthday. It was pretty fun to do something together, even though the museum's subject was anything but fun. We went to a museum that was all about the Second World War. I learned many interesting things there and was amazed that this complex never fell. They were holding up strong, but the Netherlands had given up the fight after the bombings of Rotterdam, so they had to give up.

During the week, a lot happened to get our house more and more finished, and the high point of this week was the solar panels on our roof. They work, and we already receive more power than we currently use. This is a good thing as we want to cook on induction in the future.
