Best Birthday Wishes!

This weekend was the birthday of one of my best friends. She is vegan and loves to bake, so I got her a few packets to bake even more. I also made her a little pumpkin to get into the fall spirit. I know it’s Christmas packing paper, but I went to the store, and they no longer have regular packing paper. It’s still almost a hundred days until Christmas.

We were fortunate with the weather and decided to enjoy one of the last few days of summer while riding outside. Bizu was a bit nervous, as she doesn’t ride outside in this area often, but she did it perfectly. We turned around and galloped back home when it was getting a bit too much for her.

After helping my sister for a big part of the day with my nephew, there was still time to do something for ourselves. We decided to make cookies and decorate them with chocolate. They were delicious.
