Another day in Mandal!

It was quite a rainy day today. So what do you do on a rainy day, you go to the beach. It was a bit more a green beach than the beaches with sand like we know them in The Netherlands. There was a guide light there that we also saw when we arrived here in the dark.

After that we went to de Mandal Museum. We were lucky enough that during this week the museum is opened for free. Some kind of way to get more youth to the museum during the school holidays. It was an interesting museum full of information of the starting industry of Mandal and how they developed.

In the afternoon, when the rain had stoped, we went out to de church of Mandal. It’s the larges wooden church of Norway and I can tell you it was quite big and also on a beautiful location.
