Preparing for our winter Holiday!
To get into the Christmas spirit, I went to the Christmas Parade in Joure. The whole city centre was full of lights, music, and, best of all, horses. In front of carts and sleighs, they did a few rounds through the centre to show off their beautiful looks. We could hear them coming from far with all the bells on their tack.
The day after the Christmas Parade it was time to get the most important things ready for our Holiday to Scotland. I need to have enough books on my ereader, because if you know the UK it can be quite wet there. With candle light and a little bit of chocolate this is never a hard task to get done. The only problem is that I now have to many book on my ereader than I could finish in a year.
Even the packinglist for this holiday is finished. The only thing left to do is to do all the laundry and to put our stuff in bags and in the car. I can’t wait to get on the road again, because there is so much to see.
This week, I received my first review request! I can’t wait to start reading this one, as it is a Young Adult Fantasy Book that sounds like something I would like very much. Anything about dark magic and wayward home is something I will read!
