It’s getting close

The journey to Norway is now getting closer and closer and we are busy with getting the last jobs done. Today we had some things to fix in de mast. One of the lines was pulled too far up and we had to fix the windex. Luckily it was al lot less hot outside, because we had to pull my boyfriend up to the top.

After that it was time to put all the stuff inside the cabinets of the boat. We haven’t got all the provisions yet, but we are slowly getting there. The 7th of July we are going to a distributer for a lot of our food. For now we had to put a way a few things and had to sort out some kind of organization.

In the evening we had something to look forward to. There were a few packages to be opened. Because we are planning to go camping in Norway for a few night and planning to go on a few bic hikes, we ordered a small compass and a water filter. On the sea we won’t be able to call for help, but my boyfriend was able to get a Garmin Inreach through his job. This small device can send a SOS signal when needed. And offcourse we want to be able the keep making video’s for YouTube, so we got a GoPro to get shots off us sailing. We are a bit to scared to take our normal camera outside while high waves or rain.
